About the role

TakeYourBags is looking for a motivated Tour Operator to join our team in Kondotti. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning personalized travel experiences, handling reservations, and promoting our travel packages to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations, matching client preferences and budgets.
• Manage customer reservations, including accommodation, transport, and guided tours, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Provide expert travel advice and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and trip execution.
• Promote and sell travel packages, actively contributing to sales targets by presenting options to prospective travelers.
• Coordinate with partners, such as hotels, transport providers, and local guides, to guarantee seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided tours or travel & tourism operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Sales mindset with a track record of promoting and selling travel packages.
• Relevant certification or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is a plus.
