Therapy Manager – Healthcare Sales

About the role

The Therapy Manager will act as the primary link between our company and healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical products across the assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospitals to drive prescription uptake and achieve sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists and hospitals to present product information in line with the marketing strategy.
• Maintain and update a classified database of healthcare stakeholders, adding new contacts and removing inactive ones.
• Track prescription habits, assess product potential and influence within the medical community.
• Provide accurate product details, address queries, and manage objections using approved marketing materials.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, public tenders, cost‑containment measures and regulatory updates, and relay this information to internal teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, monitor sales growth and control expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market and prescription dynamics.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with medical stakeholders.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales objectives.
