About the role
The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales volume within an assigned territory by building and managing a network of dealers and retailers. You will regularly engage influencers, ensure product availability, and meet defined sales and collection targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve 100% of the monthly sales target for primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure 100% collection from dealers as per credit terms.
- Activate X new retailers each month and maintain active billing for >80% of mapped retailers.
- Increase average sales value per retailer by 10% quarter‑over‑quarter.
- Build a validated database of 100+ tiling masons/contractors on the ExpertsClub app.
- Complete a minimum of 12 retailer visits per day.
- Generate 10 qualified site leads per week for the TTSE.
- Prevent lost sales by ensuring timely order processing.
- Secure proper branding and visibility at 10 new sites or retail outlets each month.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and collection targets.
- Strong networking skills to develop dealer and influencer relationships.
- Commitment to product knowledge with a target score of >80% in internal tests.
- Willingness to complete all assigned training modules on time.
