Telemarketing Executive – Real Estate (Up to ₹35,000)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Mylapore, Chennai. The role focuses on both inbound and outbound calls, primarily within the real‑estate sector, and offers a competitive salary of up to ₹35,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound tele‑calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, update customer information and maintain accurate call records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of queries.
• Deliver clear and professional communication to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of tele‑marketing or customer‑handling experience.
• Experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, convincing and customer service abilities.
