Telecalling Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to engage prospects, present our products/services and drive registrations through phone outreach. You will follow a defined script, build rapport with contacts and ensure a smooth sales journey from the first call to final sign‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Call provided numbers and reach out to the designated contact person.
• Follow the script to explain product benefits and answer queries.
• If the decision‑maker is unavailable, reconnect and deliver the same information.
• Guide interested prospects through the registration or purchase process over the phone.
• Send follow‑up emails when requested and track email confirmations.
• Maintain a detailed log of responses, follow‑up dates and outcomes in the supplied template.
• Make up to three attempts for ringing‑but‑no‑response (RnR) contacts.
• Share updated logs with the client regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication with a persuasive, engaging style.
• Strong organizational ability to keep accurate records.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email communication tools.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other messaging platforms for follow‑up.
