Team Member - Installation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Member to lead installation activities at customer sites. You will ensure seamless execution, from site measurements to post‑installation audits, delivering a delightful experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute installations of railings, shower enclosures, windows, and wardrobes at customer locations.
• Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to secure timely supplies.
• Collaborate with authorized service partners (ASPs) to guarantee smooth project delivery.
• Conduct pre‑installation surveys, site measurements, and post‑installation services, including CAPA.
• Perform audits, prepare checklists, and validate site readiness and quality.
• Manage project validation, issue completion certificates, and collect customer testimonials.
• Provide technical inputs for planning, scheduling, and installer management.
• Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to undertake intensive travel to customer sites.
• Ability to collaborate with civil teams for site readiness.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and close‑loop feedback.
