Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee daily end‑to‑end operations at a fulfillment centre in Delhi. You will manage inbound and outbound processes, ensure safety and morale, and act as a stand‑in for the Area Manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
• Execute inbound and outbound logistics while meeting customer‑facing metrics.
• Maintain cost targets, safety standards, and team morale.
• Drive performance management and conduct regular 4M and 5S audits.
• Prepare and deliver training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and sustain performance gains.
• Stand‑in for the Area Manager and manage day and night shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience using Excel.
