About the role
The Team Leader position is based at APM Terminals and focuses on manual warehouse activities such as unloading, picking and packing. This role is part of Maersk’s logistics operations and contributes to the efficient flow of goods through the terminal.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily manual tasks including unloading, picking and packing.
- Lead a team of Warehouse Associates, Operators and Workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate with other terminal functions to maintain smooth operations.
Required profile
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar manual‑handling environment.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Understanding of safety and efficiency standards in logistics.
