Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Roku is looking for a full‑cycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a fixed‑term basis. You will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, driving end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple functions and locations while delivering an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and decision criteria.
• Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines using inbound, outbound, and referral strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer preparation, and pre‑boarding handoff.
• Maintain rigorous data integrity across recruiting systems and document all activities promptly.
• Analyze market and geographic trends to inform outreach strategies and hiring forecasts.
• Provide data‑driven updates and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the search.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑moving technology environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable hiring plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to compliance and candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Ability to craft multi‑channel sourcing strategies.
