Staff Nurse – Home Healthcare (Bengaluru)

About the role

HealOn is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to deliver professional nursing care directly in patients' homes across Bengaluru. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide clinical support, monitor health status, and collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to ensure safe and high‑quality home healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑home nursing care according to prescribed medical plans.
• Monitor patient vitals, condition, and treatment progress.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed therapies.
• Perform wound dressing, catheter, feeding‑tube, and tracheostomy care.
• Support post‑operative recovery and chronic‑care patients, including bedridden and elderly individuals.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation through the HealOn platform.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and care coordinators for integrated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home‑care routines.
• Follow infection‑control and patient‑safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid Karnataka Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or home‑healthcare experience (freshers with strong knowledge may apply).
• Basic familiarity with patient‑monitoring devices and digital reporting.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for home visits.
