Social Media Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Fairmont Mumbai is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to elevate the brand’s digital presence across key platforms. You will craft and execute a comprehensive social strategy that showcases the hotel’s luxury experience and engages guests worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement and reach.
• Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter), including content creation, curation and scheduling.
• Produce visually appealing images, videos, reels and captions that align with the Fairmont brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, Spa, Events, Rooms) to highlight property offerings and guest experiences.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments, messages and reviews in a brand‑consistent tone.
• Partner with influencers and brand allies for campaigns and activations.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Ensure compliance with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines and digital policies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools and best practices within luxury hospitality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a luxury brand, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and scheduling tools.
