Site Supervisor

About the role

IndiFrame is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for its window and door frame installation projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high‑quality installations that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and manage work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients to resolve on‑site challenges.
• Monitor project timelines and drive timely completion of installations.
• Maintain documentation of site progress, incidents, and quality checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site or construction management, preferably as a Site Supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project needs and make decisive decisions.
