Site Engineer – Civil (Railway & Road Over Bridge)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer – Civil to lead railway and road over bridge (ROB) projects on site. You will ensure that all civil works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil works for railway and ROB projects.
• Handle site execution for sub‑structure, super‑structure, piling, earthwork, and concreting.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal site teams.
• Monitor daily progress, take measurements, and maintain accurate site records.
• Enforce safety compliance and drive timely completion of all activities.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience in ROB projects under railways, metro or highway programmes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).

Required skills

• ROB construction & railway works.
• Piling, RCC and PSC structures.
• Site execution and supervision.
• QA/QC and safety practices.
• Reading drawings & BOQ.
