Shop Employee / Barista / Chef – Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Shop Employee who can also serve as a Barista and Chef in our café located in Vaishali Extension, Jaipur. The role combines coffee preparation, basic food cooking, and front‑of‑house service to ensure a pleasant experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and a variety of beverages following standard recipes.
• Assist with simple cooking tasks, food assembly, and kitchen prep.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate registers.
• Keep the shop, kitchen, and work areas clean and hygienic at all times.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and consumables as needed.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of coffee‑making and barista techniques.
• Fundamental culinary or kitchen skills for simple food preparation.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to attend work daily.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
