Senior Wet Stock Analyst

About the role

Alimentation Couche‑Tard’s Global Fuels & Logistics Capability Centre is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead wet‑stock management across Europe and North America. You will ensure accurate fuel inventory, drive operational efficiency, and support compliance with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on wet‑stock projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced reports and dashboards that track wet‑stock metrics and trends.
• Prepare timely, concise management reports on wet‑stock performance.
• Implement and improve wet‑stock monitoring systems for greater accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations of discrepancies, providing expert insights.
• Provide recommendations for process and operational improvements based on data analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts, deliver training, and support team members as needed.
• Represent the Wet Stock Manager in meetings when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fuel inventory or wet‑stock management, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Advanced reporting and dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Knowledge of HSE compliance and fuel‑handling regulations.
• Experience with internal audit processes.
