Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Team Lead

About the role

Softcell Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead a focused TA team. Reporting to HR leadership, you will own end‑to‑end hiring across multiple business units, regions and levels, partnering closely with business heads on workforce planning and sourcing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters covering sourcing, screening and closure.
• Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs across sales, presales, technical and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals and partner networks.
• Own hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance and source effectiveness.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strengthen interview processes, scorecards and hiring manager enablement.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships where required.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 1‑2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record hiring for IT, technology or enterprise sales positions.
• Strong judgment on candidate fit and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Comfortable owning and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with an HR specialization.
