Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a senior member of Riveron’s Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape the employer brand and deliver a high‑touch recruiting experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Based in India, you will support U.S. hiring teams, collaborating across time zones to ensure seamless interview coordination and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple U.S. time zones, providing a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a white‑glove experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ashby applicant tracking system.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive progress and resolve bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow.
• Identify and implement improvements to scheduling, communication, and overall candidate experience.
• Support reporting and data tracking to generate recruiting insights and efficiency metrics.
• Assist with the execution of recruiting programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operational support for recruiting teams.
• Comfortable working across U.S. time zones and with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Ashby, and a track record of maintaining data integrity.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, Outlook calendars, and Microsoft Office suite.
