Senior Specialist – Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Go‑To‑Market

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Senior Specialist to drive commercial strategy, pricing and go‑to‑market initiatives for its Operational Intelligence portfolio. You will work across Sales, Product and Finance to ensure clear value delivery and consistent commercial execution from the first customer interaction through purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Support front‑door commercialization strategy by analysing pricing, packaging and entry‑point performance.
• Perform pricing and revenue analytics, including price modelling, comparative analysis and scenario assessments.
• Analyse deal‑level and portfolio‑level performance to identify trends in discounting, adoption and revenue realization.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Finance teams to inform pricing decisions and commercial recommendations.
• Contribute to pricing governance, providing analytical inputs for pricing changes and commercial approvals.
• Provide data‑driven insights on customer segments, buying behaviours and value drivers to support go‑to‑market efforts.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, structured insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain analytical artefacts such as dashboards, models and trackers to enable scalable decision‑making.
• Act as a subject‑matter contributor on front‑door effectiveness, strengthening OI solution positioning and sales.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product management, commercial strategy or pricing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct deep quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance).
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to senior leadership.
