Senior Executive – Voice Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Voice Recruitment to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for voice‑focused projects. You will work closely with hiring managers and creative teams to identify, engage, and secure top‑tier voice talent for a variety of media, advertising, e‑learning, and in‑house audio products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for voice actors, announcers, podcast hosts, and IVR/IVRS talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and creative leads to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through industry networks, talent agencies, and specialized platforms.
• Screen, interview, and assess voice talent for fit with project needs and brand voice.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the voice, media, or creative sectors.
• Strong understanding of voice‑over industry standards and talent market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
