Senior Cluster Manager – Payments & Merchant Acquiring

About the role

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is expanding its Payments portfolio into QR Acquiring. The Senior Cluster Manager will establish and lead the QR Acquiring sales operation for a defined territory, building the team from the ground up and driving transaction volume and gross merchandise value.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage a full‑time and outsourced sales force dedicated to QR Acquiring.
• Design and execute the QR Acquiring go‑to‑market strategy in line with the company’s overall Payments roadmap.
• Monitor and achieve acquisition targets, transaction volumes and GMV goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth QR deployment and merchant onboarding.
• Report performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet business objectives.
