About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Onboarding 2.0 for our clients in Hyderabad. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end onboarding solutions, integrating them with Employee Central and other HR systems, and ensuring alignment with talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including customization to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with core HR systems, especially Employee Central, using Integration Center and OData APIs.
  • Design and maintain workflow configurations, data models, MDF objects, and business rules.
  • Manage role‑based permissions (RBP) and ensure secure access across the platform.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and talent acquisition teams to align onboarding processes with pre‑boarding and employee lifecycle activities.

Required profile

  • Several years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Recruiting Marketing modules.
  • Proven expertise in Integration Center, OData APIs, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes in talent acquisition, pre‑boarding, and employee lifecycle.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 – Application Associate certification (required).
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting) are a plus.
