SAP Order-to-Cash Process Consultant (Deputy Manager) – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Consultant to join Bosch's SAP IT team. The role involves planning, scoping, designing, testing, implementing, rolling out and supporting SAP O2C processes for the Mobility Aftermarket division across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP O2C solutions (SD module and related components).
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design scalable solutions that meet global O2C business needs.
• Integrate SAP O2C with other modules (MM, FI, WM) and external systems such as CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements from business users and process owners.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
• Support unit, integration and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in a mobility or aftermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and familiarity with SAP MM, FI and WM.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 implementations.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and lead requirement‑gathering workshops.
