About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team and work closely with the U.S.-based Business Development group. The role focuses on generating leads, supporting client proposals, and handling key administrative tasks to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Research prospects, compile data, draft outreach emails and track responses for lead generation across technology partners such as NetSuite, Workday, FloQast, Workiva and Coupa.
  • Maintain the DS Go‑Live tracker, participate in project close‑out meetings and identify Phase II opportunities.
  • Attend scoping calls, take detailed notes, draft client proposals, update Salesforce records, and prepare statements of work and work breakdown structures.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for weekly Business Development meetings, report KPIs and trends, and manage deal registrations with technology partners.
  • Provide general administrative support, including partner status tracking and data organization, while working flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, business development or client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with partners, clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support U.S. business hours.
