About the role
Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage point‑of‑sale activities in Goa. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product visibility, and building strong relationships with retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores to verify product availability, placement, pricing, and promotional material compliance.
- Take orders, manage assortment, and ensure stock levels meet visibility goals.
- Identify and develop new business growth opportunities within the territory.
- Communicate catalogue updates, promotions, and placement optimization to clients.
- Maintain regular contact with store managers and coordinate merchandising activities.
- Report sales performance, POS quality, and KPI trends to the Field/Regional Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
