About the role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating insurance business through assigned relationship and channel partners in the Goregaon area. The role focuses on promoting Birla Sunlife Insurance products, guiding partners to present these solutions to their customers, and ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop insurance opportunities with designated relationship and channel partners.
- Convince partners to market Birla Sunlife Insurance to their client base.
- Provide comprehensive pre‑sales and post‑sales support to both partners and end customers.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver seamless service throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent quarterly growth.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work with channel partners and build strong relationships.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to influence partners and customers.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
