About the role
The Sales Executive will support the efficient operation of the sales department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with rooms, food & beverage and other revenue‑generating teams to maximise sales and meet pre‑determined targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and leisure clients.
- Collaborate with rooms, F&B and other departments to create tailored proposals.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
