About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at The St. Regis Goa Resort. In this role you will support sales initiatives, promote our brand, and ensure an exceptional experience for guests and prospective owners.
Key responsibilities
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Identify up‑sell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package tours.
- Explain sales presentation details to potential owners and verify eligibility for tours.
- Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or tickets.
- Answer guest inquiries about property facilities and services.
- Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
- Support team goals, develop positive relationships, and comply with quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
