Sales Advisor – Retail Customer Service

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in an H&M store, helping them discover fashion that fits their style while delivering a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with a dynamic store team to meet sales targets and uphold the brand’s values of sustainability and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the store, offering fashion and product advice.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity about store technology and a willingness to learn.
• Flexible, action‑oriented attitude.
