Safety & Security Manager

About the role

The Safety & Security Manager will lead the safety and security functions across Cult.Fit facilities and events. You will develop and enforce safety protocols, manage security personnel, and ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering a safe environment for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare status reports, dashboards and KPI trackers for senior leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive records for audit trails and future analysis.
• Monitor safety compliance, conduct regular FLS audits and organize monthly safety committee meetings.
• Capture, investigate and implement corrective actions for all incidents, analysing trends to drive improvements.
• Promote a positive safety culture through trainings, workshops and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align safety policies and gather employee feedback.
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for new tasks, equipment and processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans and ensure staff are trained on procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial safety or security.
• Educational background: ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety or BE/B.Tech with a post‑graduate diploma in Industrial Safety Management, or equivalent certifications such as NEBOSH.
• Strong investigative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ethical behavior, safety commitment and result‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
