Retail Recruiter

About the role

The Retail Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring for adidas’s retail and back-office teams. You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, drive diverse sourcing initiatives and support the overall recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: requisition approval, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Design and run assessment centres for high-volume retail hiring.
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract diverse talent and leverage internal and external candidate databases.
• Provide coaching and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with the Retail HRBP to create proactive talent pipelines for retail and back-office roles.
• Prepare quarterly recruitment performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Support employer branding activities to enhance talent attraction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Experience using behavioural interviewing techniques and exercising sound judgment.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Expertise in recruitment sourcing channels and databases.
