Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. The role involves translating insights into strategic recommendations that drive value for both the client and our organization. You will collaborate closely with internal sales and product teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to uncover business goals, challenges, and data-driven needs.
• Analyze client data and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
• Present value propositions to existing customers and prospective sales leads.
• Prospect new sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and monitor client performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on client outcomes and strategic impact.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in client relationship or account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
