About the role
Harvard Business Publishing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its high‑performing global talent acquisition team. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for permanent and contingent roles across India, the Middle East, APAC and Europe, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for permanent and contract positions in multiple regions.
- Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition colleagues on strategy, compensation philosophy and process consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
- Proactively network with potential candidates and champion a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee relationships with staffing vendors and contribute to projects such as process improvement, employer branding and candidate experience enhancements.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to build and sustain relationships with hiring teams, candidates and vendors.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
