About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Malad office. The role involves managing front‑desk activities, handling inquiries, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
- Provide basic administrative support to other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Female candidate.
- Minimum education: 12th standard (high school).
- Age between 20 and 25 years.
- 1‑2 years of prior experience in a receptionist or similar front‑desk role.
- Presentable personality with good spoken English.
