Public Speaking Teacher – Flexible Part‑Time (Bangalore)

About the role

Openhouse is looking for an enthusiastic Public Speaking Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality classes for children in Bangalore. You will help students build confidence through speech, storytelling, debate and presentation activities while ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct public speaking classes using Openhouse’s curriculum, facilitating speeches, storytelling, debates and presentation exercises.
• Monitor student progress, maintain documentation and provide regular feedback to parents and the management team.
• Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops and events, and support student trials and admissions as needed.
• Prepare students for showcases and competitions, conduct rehearsals and participate in related events, training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and helping them develop communication confidence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track student development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with parents and team members.
• Flexibility to choose a 5‑day work schedule (20 hours per week) within the provided time slots.
