Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team, supporting batch production of chemical products in a regulated environment. The role combines hands‑on operation of equipment with strict data and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and execute batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.
• Accurately record critical information such as ingredients, weights, and temperatures into the database.
• Identify and resolve equipment or process issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any incidents.
• Assist in planning and implementing process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of production runs.
• Meet physical demands including walking, standing, lifting heavy objects, and wearing appropriate safety gear.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Background in manufacturing or production, preferably with chemical products.
• Experience operating PLC or SCADA systems and troubleshooting equipment.
• Safety certification is a plus.
• Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
