Principal Change Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Principal Change Management professional to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across its investment operations. You will partner with business, risk, audit and technology teams to identify opportunities, develop project plans and drive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data to support decision‑making on new and existing projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with business, operations and support functions to understand project guidelines and execution implications.
• Extract information across all organisational levels to pinpoint core problems and improvement needs.
• Conduct complex analysis and present insights in a clear, actionable format.
• Write system requirement specifications, including use cases, data models and mock‑ups when required.
• Identify and define continuous‑improvement opportunities, build business cases and manage the CI agenda.
• Drive development of new CI tools, methodologies and performance metrics.
• Communicate project status throughout the organisation and optimise resource utilisation.
• Participate in governance forums and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management or change implementation experience, preferably in the financial or investment banking sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships with senior leadership.
• Proven experience with agile project methodologies.
• Ability to stay focused on the big picture while managing inter‑connected tasks.
• Resilience in fast‑changing production and client environments.
