People Analytics and Data Manager

About the role

The People Analytics and Data Manager leads global People & Culture KPI governance, workforce analytics and HR data strategy for Bureau Veritas. Reporting to the HR Operational Excellence & Digitalisation Vice President, the role drives AI‑enabled insights, ESG reporting and a self‑service BI platform for the worldwide HR community.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end governance of People & Culture KPIs, ensuring data quality for executive and board‑level decisions.
• Deliver strategic workforce analytics, trend analysis and talent insights that support corporate strategy and HR transformation.
• Maintain unified CSR/ESG HR metrics, prepare external disclosures and ensure audit readiness.
• Steer global HR data governance in SuccessFactors, monitor data quality, and align local teams with enterprise standards.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Tableau‑based global HR BI platform, enabling scalable self‑service reporting.
• Ensure GDPR‑compliant data privacy and access controls across all analytics initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing people analytics team, fostering data literacy and analytical expertise.
• Champion AI and generative AI adoption to automate reporting and enhance visualization capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global HR data architecture and governance.
• Strong background in enterprise BI strategy with hands‑on Tableau experience.
• Advanced and predictive analytics capabilities applied to HR contexts.
• Experience implementing AI‑enabled HR analytics and automation.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with global HR processes and ESG/CSR reporting requirements.
• Excellent cross‑functional and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development experience.
• Fluent business English with strong communication and influencing abilities.
