About the role
The Operations Assistant at Vidacta India is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Thrissur. The role supports daily administrative and operational activities that keep the campus running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing campus facilities and coordinate with hostel and support staff.
- Prepare and organise classrooms, exam spaces and other institutional areas.
- Generate basic reports and track operational metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and management teams to support events, orientations and other institutional activities.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in operations and operations management.
- Well‑developed analytical skills for data tracking and reporting.
- Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
- High reliability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as MS Office, spreadsheets and email.
- Ability to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
