Operation Staff

About the role

The Operation Staff member will support daily logistical activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods and services within the local area. This role requires a good understanding of local geography and the ability to travel on a two‑wheeler.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute short‑distance deliveries using a two‑wheeler.
• Utilise knowledge of local routes to optimise travel time and fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely hand‑over of goods.
• Report any operational issues or incidents to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th grade, preferably a graduate.
• High organisational commitment and ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel locally.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Required skills

• Possession of a valid driving licence.
• Ownership of a two‑wheeler for operational use.
• Basic computer knowledge.
