Network Engineer (Open to Candidates with Disability)

About the role

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our Noida office. The position is open to candidates with locomotor disability, low vision (up to 40%) or hard of hearing (up to 40%). The role offers a salary of up to 3.8 LPA and requires 1‑3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, analyse technical networking issues and provide options and recommendations.
• Participate in daily operations meetings, ensuring compliance and meeting SLA for assigned sites and service areas.
• Support customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP and OSPF.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools like Voyance and SolarWinds.
• 1‑3 years of network support or network operations experience.
• Strong understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, design trade‑offs and protocol interoperability.
• Advanced knowledge of router platforms, wireless infrastructures and change‑management processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong customer‑service orientation.
