About the role

Medifit Solutions is seeking qualified MBBS, BHMS or BAMS doctors for a full‑time, on‑site position in Sambalpur. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care within a hospital or clinic setting, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients, take detailed medical histories, and perform clinical assessments.
• Diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications or treatments, and recommend appropriate investigations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in line with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high‑quality care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive measures, and follow‑up care.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Recognized MBBS, BHMS or BAMS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate medical council or authority.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and patient‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, families and staff.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Sambalpur and adhere to facility policies.
• Motivated early‑career doctors are welcome; prior hospital or clinic experience is a plus.
