Marketing Specialist – Digital & AI

About the role

VOYE HOMES is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist focused on digital and AI‑driven campaigns. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and measuring initiatives that boost traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Run digital marketing campaigns using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Develop and implement SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.
• Optimize website content for search visibility and AI relevance.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
• Track performance with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Set up conversion and event tracking, analyze data, and improve ROI and lead quality.
• Work on CRO initiatives and lead‑generation workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
