Maintenance Engineer – Digital Twin (Onsite Bellary)

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Digital Twin Solutions team on site at JSW Vijayanagar. The role supports Bosch's Industry 4.0 strategy by ensuring that real‑time data from plant equipment feeds accurately into our digital twin platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑level maintenance on critical equipment to keep physical assets reliable for the digital twin.
• Monitor and validate data from IAPM systems to guarantee accurate real‑time streams.
• Resolve IT/OT integration issues, ensuring uninterrupted data flow from shop floor to cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot sensor and network problems to maintain data integrity.
• Diagnose and fix data‑flow failures that prevent sensor data from reaching MES, SAP, or other cloud servers.
• Collaborate with the Digital Twin development team to validate new asset integrations.

Required profile

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the steel industry or similar industrial environment.
