Maintenance Electrician – On-site (Mumbai)

About the role

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Electrician to join its Mumbai site. The successful candidate will ensure the electrical systems and equipment run smoothly, supporting daily operations of the coffee roastery and café network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and service electrical tools, machinery and control panels.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and national electrical regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Electrician or in similar electrical maintenance roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electricity fundamentals and safety protocols.
• Ability to work safely with tools and machinery in a fast‑paced environment.
