Location Manager – Rajkot

About the role

The Location Manager will lead sales and business growth for a defined area in Rajkot, working closely with the Territory Head (Sales). The role focuses on achieving targets, ensuring compliance with sales processes, and collaborating with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and drive area (city/branch) sales and business growth in partnership with the Territory Head.
• Achieve set sales targets while adhering to sales processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate joint approval decisions with the Risk counterpart as per the approval matrix.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance to maintain portfolio health.
• Address under‑performance, implement process improvements, and capitalize on channel‑optimization opportunities.
• Intervene in specific cases or exceptions, providing support to team members on complex issues.
• Promote cross‑selling of ABCL and ABFSG products/solutions according to regional plans and client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and managing sales activities for a defined geographic area.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Risk, Operations, and Governance teams.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and maintaining portfolio health.
• Capability to address performance gaps and drive process improvements.
