Legal Executive – Non Litigation (Corporate Lawyer)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer specialized in non‑litigation matters to join our in‑house legal and compliance team. The role supports a listed company by handling corporate legal work, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing advisory support to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle non‑litigation corporate legal matters for a listed company.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
• Support legal compliance related to listed entity requirements and corporate governance.
• Coordinate with external counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Assist in board, committee, and management‑level legal documentation.
• Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulatory frameworks and advise management accordingly.
• Maintain and update legal records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory support to business and internal teams.

Required profile

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Corporate / In‑house Lawyer.
• Prior experience with listed companies is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in non‑litigation legal work only.
