About the role

We are looking for an L2 Administrator to join our Service Desk team. The role supports the triage, documentation and resolution of priority incidents and service requests, ensuring that service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

Perform initial triage for priority (P3) incident tickets, document actions and follow defined SLA and escalation procedures.
Track and assist in the resolution of software, hardware and network service requests, ensuring accurate logging and timely completion.
Monitor SLA timelines for the full lifecycle of priority incidents and raise escalations for potential breaches.
Assist in creating change requests related to resolved incident tickets.

Required profile

1-3 years of experience in a service desk or similar IT support environment.
Ability to follow documented processes and escalation paths.

Required skills

Proficiency with TIS Service Desk tool.
