KTA Pilot Electrical Maintenance – Body Shop

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a KTA Pilot Electrical Maintenance professional for its Body Shop. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability and supporting production through advanced maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Improve plant equipment uptime by addressing non‑OPE performance issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of Bodyshop and SPM machines within defined timeframes.
• Systematically analyse recurring failures and apply root‑cause analysis (PCA) to boost MTBF and reduce MTTR.
• Roll out and implement Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) and predictive/prescriptive maintenance programs.
• Analyse historical downtime data to anticipate failures and optimise time‑based maintenance.
• Benchmark maintenance standards, equipment processes and TPM practices.
• Increase preventive‑maintenance efficiency by upskilling operations and maintenance teams and integrating missing failure checkpoints.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or automotive environment.
• Proven ability to conduct systematic failure analysis and implement improvement actions.
• Familiarity with reliability‑centered, predictive and prescriptive maintenance methodologies.
• Capability to train and upskill cross‑functional teams on maintenance best practices.
