Key Account Manager – E‑commerce & Online Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our e‑commerce partnerships and drive growth across Purplle’s portfolio of brands. The role combines strategic account planning, stakeholder management and execution of promotional initiatives to maximise online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with major e‑commerce platforms and retail partners.
• Design comprehensive account strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through promotional planning, category expansion and performance‑based initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
• Present business cases, performance reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, product launches and other strategic projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators, on‑platform advertising metrics and overall account health.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in key account management, preferably within e‑commerce or FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with solid financial acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
