About the role
The Junior Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for customers interacting with Tata Communications’ Global Network Operations. You will ensure a professional and friendly experience, handling inquiries, managing front‑desk activities and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a courteous manner.
- Respond to calls, emails and in‑person queries as the primary contact point.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Assist customers with service‑related processes and guide them through procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to achieve timely issue resolution.
- Manage front‑desk tasks such as scheduling, documentation and daily reporting.
- Handle complaints patiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative duties including data entry and report generation.
Required profile
- Engineering degree (E & TC preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in customer service or front‑office environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a neat appearance.
